Born 1931, Swedish, jur. doctorh.c. of law; Sweden's Discrimination Ombudsman 1986; research consultant to the Nordic Africa Institute; board member of the European Human Rights Foundation 1980; member of International Institute for Humanitarian Law 1985; member of several government official report on issues such as immigration, refugee law, discrimination and, latest, the Estonia shipwreck. Expert on the relations between global arms trade and refugee flows. 1998 appointed member of the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, CERD. Dr. Nobel became adviser to
TFF in 1992 and chairman of the board 1994 to 1997 after
which he is again adviser.
