Born 1950, PhD in sociology 1987, Senior fellow at the Institute for European Studies, IES, in Belgrade, former senior fellow at the Belgrade Institute of Economics and a long-term member of the World Future Studies Federation, WFSF, of International Peace Research Association, IPRA, and of the World Order Models Project. Nakarada has published dozens of academic analyses and essays on contemporary world order issues, political philosophy, democracy, critical theory and peace and, of course, on the politics of former and present Yugoslavia. She has co-edited "Surviving Together" (with Jan Øberg) and recently "Europe and the Disintegration of Yugoslavia". In 2001 she was appointed professor at Belgrade University. The founders
had met Radmila Nakarada at I.U.C. in Dubrovnik already in
the 1970s and she has been with the foundation as adviser
since 1985.
